This site is intended to be a guide for Seekers to discover their own path and find direction. It is not everything I, or those within the Tradition believe, but holds many of the concepts we teach . It is meant to be a resource and a guide, but not "THE" end-all, be-all, and you are encouraged to go beyond the net to do your own research.

Concerning the Modern Tradition itself...I will be the first one to say that it is a fairly new Family Tradition, coming from the roots of several older Family Traditions of various origins dating back to the turn of the last century and older----and it is newer because we have new needs which stem from the ever-changing world we live in. What worked 1000, 500, 100, 50, or even 25 years ago doesn't necessarily always work for today. Age doesn't make something valid---the people who practice the Tradition, and how they practice, what they do, what their goals are---that is what gives validity to a Tradition. I am a Witch because I have been put upon this path to bring about change, to strike a new balance, to weave anew the web.
